Lines and Angles


1. Parallel and Perpendicular Lines

These examples show us the math language involved in understanding parallel and perpendicular lines.

3. In many of our writing activities we have focused on telling personal stories (narrative) or giving details explanations (expository). These methods of writing and communicating should be solid in our minds.

However, we should never forget the ever important method or writing to make comparisons and contrasts.  In simple terms, this type of writing helps is to place two things side by side, then find what is similar and what is different.
