1. After Cubism, we continue on through Art History with another similar movement called Suprematism.

2. On Wednesday we took a look at using superlatives. Now, I'm sure you're saying to yourself, 'Mr. Frisch, we've never heard of that.' However, I'm here to assure you that you are smarter than you think.
Remember our picture of the five apples, and using the comparison words such as bigger, taller, more dull than, shinier, shorter? Well, these are superlatives.

Suprematism
To day we did suprematism. Suprematism is kind of like cubism. On my suprematism painting the colors were black, red, blue, and turquoise. I used straight line,s well just one has a little curve to it.
The painting was really fun. My painting was a cross with curves and straight lines too. The cross was white and gray. The backround is black. There are some squares, plus, a lot of rectangles too. A lot of people were doing the same picture. I was the only person that was painting this picture. This cross was a little different from the other crosses. I love painting, and I loved painting this suprematism.
ReplyDeleteThe class and I painted all day and it was fun. We where painting suprematism. Suprematism is a form of art that has squares, rectangles and some circles to. I colored it yellow, red, black, and blue for it to look colorful. Plus, The way I draw it was a guy looking at a town and he was a kung fu fighter. Finally, When I was done it looked so balanced on the paper and now I'm letting it dry off right now. I received a complament from the school art teacher.

Suprematism
Suprematism is a form of art. Suprematism is a lot of fun and it's like Cubism. I love Suprematism and I love the picture I drew! Suprematism is weird but in a good way. Suprematism also take's a lot of time to draw. The art teacher said that the whole class did good. I think I did good and the whole class. I want to do Suprematism again.
Suprematism is a unique form of art. The paintings have colors like black, red and yellow. most of the paintings and drawings are symetrical. I think equilateral adds alot to the painting. Suprematism paintings have to alot of balance. Suprematism paintings are the best.

Suprematism is art with balance. I used red and black piant for mine. I uses straight lines like cubism when dawing my cross. They look almost like squares and rectangles. Its very symetrical.
ReplyDeleteSuprematism is similar cubism. Today the whole class made their Suprematism painting. A lot of suprematism is symetrical but it dosn`t have to be.

Suprematm only has lines but you can use 1 or 2 curves. Ther are most squares and rectangles

I love the balance it is the same left and right and every panrt is different . The panting can be different color like red , blue , black and pink .

Suprematism is a type of art. This type of art has lots of straight lines. In class today we made suprematism art. My picture had a figure of a lady it was interesing.
ReplyDeleteMy suprematism is a painting that has the shape of a rectangle. A rectangle is a shape that you can use.I painted mian different colors. The colors were green, blue,red ,yellow,black.I pot straight lines so it will look good. I would love to paint this type of art again someday.

Suprematism
My Suprematism is awesome it looks like a cubism. It has different colors it looks so cool. My painting is different for all the others. I think Suprematism are awesome. I pick that one because that looked the best and it looked the easyest. My painting looks like a lot of boxes. There is cool features of the paintings.

My picture is mainly squares rectangles I painted it red, blue, and yellow. It is symetrical so if you fold it in half it will be the same. There is a lot of symetrical parts.
